I would like to thank some of my lang8 friends for their concern over my work problems.
To explain in detail I have to go to Canada in March.
I don't want to make another contract at my current school.
In the next contract things like my pay and apartment are all worse.
More than anything my boss doesn't respect me.
I don't like to boast about other things, but I can teach English well.
In the last ten months my student's English ability has improved a lot.
But my boss thinks she can get another teacher for cheaper.
I can't look for another job now.
That's because my passport is expiring this summer.
I need a new passport before I can get a new work visa.
I lost my birth certificate so I need a new birth certificate before I can get a new passport.
So I have to go back to Canada on March 10th.
I don't know exactly how long it will take to get a new passpprt so I can't look for a new job.
I wanted to stay in Korea for a long time, but now I'm not so sure.
I've spent the last year working hard, preparing classes and studying Korean.
But no good results have happened.
I'm frustrated.
So I don't know if I'm going to come back to Korea.
I can go to a different city or country.
Sorry for writing about my complaints again.
I don't want your pity.
I just wanted to share my current mind.
Sometimes something good comes from something bad.
